Ammonia and Urea Evaporators

We supply different types of NH4OH- and urea-solution-based evaporation systems:

• Evaporation of ammonia-water in hot recirculation flue gases or air. Design of the complete dosing, injection and evaporation system.

• Evaporation and decomposition of urea-solution in hot flue gases. Design of the complete decomposition chamber, including the dosing, injection and evaporation system.

• Evaporation of ammonia-water with use of a steam heat exchanger.
