Ammonia Injection Grids (AIG)

We provide ammonia injection grids for various SCR applications where the available mixing length is limited or a high-particle loading may lead to operating problems. The ammonia-air mixture is distributed via internal or external lance collectors. Depending on the incoming velocity and NO_x distribution, the number of control zones is defined. The material used is carbon-steel. The exact material specification depends on the operating temperature and required mechanical strength. We are able to perform the basic and detailed design including the static strength analysis and manufacturing.
