Ammonia Pump, Flow Control and Dosing Units
The flow control unit consists of two valve trains which allow to monitor and adjust the ammonia-water flow rate and atomizing air pressure. Both valve trains are mounted on a base frame. If required, the whole skid can be installed into a cabinet for outdoor mounting. The type of instrumentation installed follows a high industrial standard and can be adapted on customer's need. The cabling of all instruments, valves and consumers can be bundled inside a central junction box. The flow control units are delivered completely mounted and tested.
The ammonia pump unit transfers the ammonia-water from the storage vessel to the ammonia flow control unit while keeping a constant pressure independently from the actual flow rate. The unit is equipped with redundant pumps to ensure a reliable operation. The pumps are mounted on a base frame. Strainers, filters, valves and the complete instrumentation are included. The pump units are delivered completely mounted and tested.
