SCR Plant Modifications

 

We have know-how and experience in planning and executing plant modifications which result in an improved overall plant performance, increased efficiency and reduced operating costs.

Examples:

• Replacement of an 800 kW flue gas fan by a fan of a different power class (1.56 MW). Modification of the arrangement. Design and manufacturing of the inlet and outlet hoods, as well as the silencer. Installation on site.
  

• Installation of a soot blowing system (operation with heated compressed air). Layout planning and component design. Installation on site.
  

• Optimization of an ammonia injection and mixing system. The pressure drop was reduced and the SCR efficiency improved by installing new flow correction devices. Design and fabrication of the required system components, as well as installation on site.
