Process Design / Mass & Heat Balance

We support our customers with the design of the characteristic process steps of a flue gas cleaning application. The process engineering includes the mass and heat balancing of the various process steps followed by the specification of the required system components.

We are focused on the denitrification process of flue gases by means of SCR/SNCR. However, we also have a broad know-how in dry and wet adsorption systems, as well as the general flue gas conditioning process stages. We understand to generate typical engineering documents such as a P&ID with all related documents, including functional process descriptions.
